Job summary

SCO is seeking a Day Habilitation Supervisor to oversee the Center's day habilitation site in a community setting. The role includes interviewing, screening, and evaluating staff, hiring and training, and ensuring quality service delivery.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, program development within the community, and maintaining compliance with OPWDD and HCBS requirements. Excellent communication with families is essential.

Qualifications

• Supervise day habilitation staff and oversee daily site operations.
• Bachelors degree in human services or related field required.
• Knowledge of HCBS Waiver services and OPWDD regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations at the Center's day habilitation site.
• Interview, screen, and evaluate staff; hire, train and provide oversight.
• Develop and maintain productive community-based day habilitation services.
• Communicate with staff and families to ensure service satisfaction.
• Oversee fleet and vehicle maintenance; conduct fire drills.
• Complete employee evaluations and regular supervisions.
