Job summary

The Center for Family Support Inc. is seeking a Day Program Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the assigned day program site in New Jersey. The role oversees program instructors and staff, ensuring activities align with the Meaningful Day curriculum and individuals’ ISP/PCP plans.

The organization emphasizes person-centered service, health and safety, and high-quality program delivery, with a commitment to inclusion and community engagement for individuals served.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field; supervisory or program-management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Directs day program site and supervises program instructors and staff.
Interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training; coaching and feedback.
Develops and coordinates engaging activity programs aligned with the Meaningful Day curriculum.
Promotes community presence, inclusion, and meaningful participation for individuals served.
Ensures program documentation, attendance records, and billing-related information are accurate and complete.
