Job summary

Michaels is seeking store team members in Durham, NC to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and maintaining well-merchandised, in-stock aisles while promoting the Rewards program and private label credit options.

Responsibilities include helping customers locate products, executing standard SOPs, and supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand long periods and move throughout the store.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and participate in Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram adherence.
• Maintain merchandise through returns, go-backs, and store recovery.
