Job summary

Michaels in Durham, NC is hiring for friendly store team members to help customers find products and provide fast checkout. You will assist with stocking, unloading trucks, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Assist with omni-channel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, enroll customers in the Rewards program, and follow SOPs while staying respectful and service-driven.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery.
