Job summary

Michaels in Wooster, OH is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers shop, locate products, and complete checkout with accuracy. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store while delivering our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, participating in BOPIS/SFS processes, and upholding safety and SOP compliance. Must be able to stand long hours, lift boxes, and work nights or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and participate in store initiatives.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and truck unloading.
