Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and drive participation.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance to stay well merchandised and in-stock.
