Job summary

Duties include stocking, truck unloading, maintaining planograms, promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, and upholding store recovery standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Stock the store; unload trucks; maintain planograms (POGs)
• Support store recovery, merchandise return and go-back processes
• Perform in-stock optimization and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Cross-train in framing selling and production
