Zusammenfassung

Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar USA family, seeks a Director of Datacom Solutions to lead the datacom sales strategy across eight states. You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, build partnerships with manufacturers, and drive inventory and go-to-market plans for long-term growth.

You will partner with branches and marketing to position datacom offerings and manage executive-level reporting on pipeline and results.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in datacom, low voltage, or related distribution.
• Proven track record building or scaling a business unit or sales team.
• Established relationships with datacom/low voltage manufacturers preferred.

• Recruit, hire, and develop a datacom sales team across multiple markets.
• Establish training programs, sales processes, and performance metrics for the datacom segment.
• Build scalable structure to support long-term growth of the segment.
