Rexel USA is seeking a DataCom Inside Sales Representative to join our Denver, CO team. This role focuses on proactive inside telephone or email sales to increase profitable orders, maintain customer relationships, process quotes and orders, and pursue growth within an existing customer base.

Responsibilities include quoting prices, assisting outside sales, using digital tools to sell, prospecting new accounts, and reporting market trends to management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and payment terms
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions
• Use digital tools to sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products to increase business
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships
• Learn customer operations to identify objectives and resolve issues quickly
• Prepare quotations/proposals and follow up through purchasing cycle
• Report to management on market trends and competitors
