Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Austin, TX, seeks a Datacenter Services Sales Manager to lead all services sales activities and drive targets, reporting to the Director of Datacenter Services.

You will develop a high-performing solutions architecture team, execute campaigns, and partner with Tier 1 datacenter partners to expand SHI's services business. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of consultative Datacenter Services sales management, 5+ years IT services sales, and strong MS Office skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of consultative Datacenter Services sales management experience.
• 5+ years of experience selling professional IT services.
• Experience selling Datacenter Services including assessments, migrations and infrastructure modernization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Datacenter Services sales activities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and develop a high performing Solutions Architecture team through recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Coach, mentor, and manage a team of Datacenter Solutions Architects and oversee performance.
• Execute sales motions and campaigns to drive territory growth and expand services opportunities.
• Develop and execute services sales strategies to grow within existing accounts and win new customers.
• Partner with Field Alliance to strengthen relationships with Tier 1 datacenter partners.
• Coordinate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to support pipeline growth.
• Own pipeline management and forecasting.
• Engage customers with presentations and solution discussions.
