SHI International Corp. is seeking a Datacenter Services Sales Manager to lead services sales efforts and manage a team of presales Datacenter Solutions Architects.

The role focuses on expanding Datacenter Services within existing accounts and acquiring new customers. Reporting to the Director of Datacenter Services, the leader will drive strategy, partner engagement, and pipeline growth to expand SHI's Datacenter Services business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of consultative Datacenter Services sales management experience.
• 5+ years selling professional IT services.

Responsabilités

• Lead all Datacenter Services sales activities to achieve targets.
• Build and develop a high-performing solutions architecture team.
• Mentor and manage a team of Datacenter Solutions Architects.
• Drive territory growth via campaigns and opportunities.
• Develop and execute services sales strategies within existing accounts and new customers.
• Engage with Field Alliance to strengthen relationships with Tier 1 partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to grow pipeline.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
• Own relationships with key customers in assigned territories.
• Deliver compelling customer presentations and solution discussions.
