Job summary

HMS Networks is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for the Building Automation division to drive datacenter market growth. You will build relationships with clients, work with product management and sales teams, and shape go‑to‑market strategies to expand our Intesis gateway solutions.

The role is remote in the US with a preference for the East Coast, involves up to 50% travel, and requires a strong technical background in telecommunications or electronics and experience in data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics) or Business Administration or similar preferred.
• Extensive expertise in the datacenter sector with knowledge of industry standards and technologies.
• Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and drive market expansion.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Datacenter market segment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Define go‑to‑market strategy to ensure commercial success.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and technical teams to execute market expansion strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide business development strategies.
• Define and shape our business model and value proposition for the datacenter market.
• Travel up to 50% for national and international opportunities.
