The role owns front-end sales, from opportunity identification to proposals, pricing, and close, working with executives and technical teams to ensure well-scoped and profitable pursuits.

Ideal candidates blend technical fluency with strategy and relationship management, refining pursuit processes and driving sales performance with a focus

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or client development within the data center or mission-critical market.
• Working knowledge of MEP consulting engineering concepts, deliverables, and the project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to author winning proposals and qualifications for professional services or engineering firms.
• Skilled in developing pricing structures, fee models, and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Engage external clients across data center and mission-critical markets.
• Lead development, writing, and production of proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
• Manage the business development pipeline and CRM data hygiene.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and leadership to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
• Drive data-driven planning and forecasting through analytics.
