Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in the Data Center and Telecom markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical/vocational field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Open doors, create demand, build a pipeline from scratch in data center and telecom markets.
• Sell the full ACS portfolio across Integra Optics transceivers, coded optics, and fiber connectivity for data center and high‑speed networks; Transtector power conditioning, surge protection, and grounding; PolyPhaser RF/coaxial surge protection.
• Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, solution positioning, and opportunity qualification.
• Promote cross‑branding with all IE products and leverage integrated solutions as differentiated offerings.
• Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships to position products and companies as a preferred partner.
• Gather, interpret, and communicate market insights and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.
• Work with Product Management, Marketing, and Inside Sales to support product-to-market success.
• Own RFQs and quoting from intake to close, negotiating pricing with margin discipline.
