Job summary

Wavicle Data Solutions is seeking a Databricks Solution Architect to lead design and implementation of scalable, optimized Databricks-based solutions. You will collaborate with customers to understand business drivers and adopt Databricks for analytics, data science, and AI/ML workloads, providing technical leadership and best-practice guidance.

You will help shape our market strategy, contribute to pre‑sales activities, and mentor teams across projects, with a focus on scalable architectures

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks is a must.
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop data architecture solutions and reference architectures for customers using Databricks.
• Engage with clients to understand goals and technical needs for optimal Databricks use.
• Lead pre‑sales activities with workshops and POC projects.
• Provide technical leadership on Databricks integration across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Help identify market needs and define a Go To Market strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales for successful implementations.
• Mentor customers and internal teams on best practices in data engineering and ML.
• Create content to support Databricks market and sales efforts.
