Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy for customers, owning architecture discussions and driving platform adoption. Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or similar senior technical role.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with live coding demonstrated.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture (pipelines, streaming, lakehouse).
• Experience with production deployments on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with stakeholders.
• Strong communication to translate architectures to business value.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to production deployment.
• Lead complex architecture discussions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to customer architects and engineering leads.
• Drive platform adoption and consumption growth within accounts.
• Influence product direction with structured feedback on requirements and gaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver comprehensive solutions.
