Slalom is seeking a Databricks Partner Solution Lead in Boston to sit at the intersection of sales, engineering, and Databricks partner communities. You will shape high-impact pursuits, translate complex client problems into scalable data and AI solutions, and guide hands-on technical direction across the Databricks platform.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in data/AI architecture, Databricks depth, and 3+ years leading presales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting or data/AI architecture.
• 5+ years designing modern data platforms in cloud environments.
• 3+ years leading technical presales or pursuit processes.
• Familiarity with GenAI, RAG, MLOps; knowledge of Mosaic AI, Agent Bricks is a strong plus.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical topics into business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead Databricks solution strategy with sales, industry, and Databricks teams.
• Architect scalable data and AI platforms across data engineering, lakehouse, analytics, ML, GenAI.
• Advise clients on modern Databricks capabilities including Unity Catalog, Lakeflow, Delta Lake, and MLflow.
• Develop TCO, ROI, modernization, migration, and platform adoption narratives.
• Drive partner-led growth with Databricks field teams and Slalom market teams.
• Create repeatable solutions, demos, reference architectures, accelerators, and sales plays.
• Guide delivery oversight during pursuit-to-delivery transitions ensuring secure, governed, and client-outcome-aligned solutions.
