Dow Inc. is seeking a Database Service Manager to architect and lead database platform solutions across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role collaborates with IT leaders to develop roadmaps and ensure high availability, DR, and secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at U.S. E5 level or Canadian equivalent, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 5 years of professional related experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead database platform solutions for Dow across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with Database IT Leader and Enterprise Architecture to roadmap database technologies.
• Design, implement backup/recovery, high availability, DR, upgrades, and maintenance tasks.
