Dow is seeking a Database Service Manager to architect and lead database platform solutions in Midland, MI or Houston, TX. You will drive upgrades, backups, HA/DR, and audits while coordinating with MSPs and enterprise teams.

The role requires 5+ years in a related field, a bachelor’s degree or military equivalent, and US work eligibility. Relocation assistance is not provided, but Dow offers strong benefits and rewards.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian equivalent, or 8 years experience in lieu.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Mansioni

Architect and lead database platform solutions for Dow across on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments.
Collaborate to develop and maintain a database technologies roadmap.
Design and implement backup, High Availability and DR solutions; manage installations and upgrades.
Coordinate with MSP and ensure changes, incidents and problems meet SLAs.
Maintain Dow’s database inventory and licensing; support internal/external audits.
