Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. seeks a Data 360 Architect/Data Architect to lead enterprise data modeling and unify fragmented source systems for a trusted, real-time data foundation across GTM analytics, activation, and AI readiness.

You will own canonical data models, identity resolution, and activation pipelines spanning CRM, MAP, web analytics, sales engagement, and product telemetry, partnering with data science and IT. This contract shapes governance-driven data architecture.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in data architecture, marketing technology, or revenue systems; 3+ years on a CDP in production
• Own enterprise data model design, defense, and outcomes
• Deep experience with identity resolution in complex data environments
• Strong SQL and fluency with modern data platforms, including federation/zero-copy
• Knowledge of GTM stack integration (CRM, MAP, web analytics, sales engagement)
• Awareness of privacy/consent frameworks and practical constraints on data architecture

Responsibilities

• Design canonical data model and data graphs as governed contracts between sources and downstream consumers
• Define mapping standards from source objects to DMOs and enforce them across integrations
• Balance normalization with query performance and activation latency; document trade-offs
• Own model versioning/change management to prevent downstream breakage
• Architect ingestion across CRM, MAP, web, product telemetry, sales engagement, and finance
• Design identity resolution: match rules, survivorship, and reconciliation across hierarchies
• Decide streaming vs batch vs zero-copy federation based on latency and cost
• Establish unified customer profiles and defend against system-specific truth
• Design low-latency access patterns for real-time personalization and scoring
• Provide shared data federation so duplication is minimized
• Collaborate with data science to ensure model features/signals are available
• Define and enforce latency/freshness SLAs by use case
• Architect activation to paid media, marketing automation, and internal systems
• Implement consent, suppression, and privacy controls at activation layer
• Close the loop with data quality and governance feedback
