Summary of Job Duties:

The Arkansas Center for Health Improvement (ACHI) aims to improve Arkansans' health through evidence-based research, advocacy, and collaboration. The Data Warehouse Administrator Associate will manage data submission and fulfillment processes for the Arkansas APCD and HDI, supporting data quality and system integration.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • HS plus 4 years of customer support and/or account management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio
  • Relational database experience (e.g., Access, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, Informix)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in relevant field
  • 6+ years in customer service/support, data analytics, reporting
  • Understanding of healthcare data trends and disclosures
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing APCD database build plans, data corrections, validation, and audits
  • Communicating with data submitters for data accuracy and quality
  • Supporting data submission and fulfillment with advanced analytics
  • Automating data validation processes, writing SQL queries
  • Onboarding new data submitters, managing secure data transfer
  • Monitoring daily data submissions, ensuring accuracy
  • Supporting data requests, developing datasets, auditing data
  • Using SQL and web tools for data requests, documenting processes
  • Performing data analysis, identifying issues, building reports
  • Managing external partner relationships, data delivery, and quality
