Job Summary:

The Arkansas Center for Health Improvement (ACHI) is a health policy organization within UAMS, focusing on evidence-based research, advocacy, and collaborative program development to improve health outcomes in Arkansas. The Data Warehouse Administrator Associate manages data submission and fulfillment processes for the Arkansas APCD and HDI, supporting external data submitters and requesters with excellent communication skills and systems understanding.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS or related field
• HS plus 4 years of customer support and/or account management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio
• Relational database experience (e.g., Microsoft Access, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, Informix)

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in related fields
• 6+ years in customer service/support, data analytics, reporting
• Understanding of healthcare trends and data analytics

Responsibilities:

• Manage APCD database build processes and data quality validation
• Communicate with data submitters to ensure data accuracy and resolve issues
• Support data analysis, automate validation, and develop queries
• Manage onboarding of new data submitters and monitor data submissions
• Fulfill data requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
• Document requirements, support stakeholders, and perform data analysis

Additional duties include managing external partner relationships, analyzing data quality, and supporting data extraction and reporting.
