Responsibilities

• Conduct marketing audits across platforms, report results, and ensure compliance with best practices and national initiatives.
• Implement process improvements, manage website updates, content development, and coordinate events like Ground Breakings and Grand Openings.
• Support onsite teams and other departments by managing requests, projects, and data reporting.
• Handle marketing requests and collaborate internally.
• Manage photoshoots, drone photography, Matterport, and virtual staging.
• Assist with competitive research studies.
• Ensure all activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work with all organizational levels.
• Willing to learn about Multifamily development and management.
• Professional demeanor and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and organizational commitment.
