• 12+ years in Sales Operations or CRM architecture
• Experience using AI tools to automate processes
• Strong data governance and data quality experience
• Proficient in building account hierarchies for fast-growing B2B/B2C companies
• Experience evaluating CRM integrations with external data systems
• Strong Salesforce tooling experience
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
