Job summary

GPRS is seeking a Senior Manager of Data and Analytics to lead the organization’s data strategy, analytics, engineering, BI, and AI-enablement initiatives. You will bridge business and technical teams, translating complex questions into scalable data solutions and measurable improvements.

You will manage analysts, analytics engineers, data engineers, and future AI-focused resources, while shaping the technical execution and data governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in analytics, BI, data engineering, or data science.
• 3+ years leading teams or major initiatives.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Python or similar languages.
• Experience with data warehouses/lakehouses and enterprise reporting.
• Strong ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop data analysts, engineers, and AI engineers.
• Define roadmaps for data, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Balance tactical requests with long-term strategy; ensure governance and documentation.
• Own KPI definitions, dashboards, and reporting standards.
• Oversee data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data quality initiatives.
• Drive AI opportunities and enable AI-enabled decision support.
