Cloudflare seeks a Senior Principal, Sales Compensation Design & Strategy to shape and govern global sales compensation programs across Sales, Technical Sales, Partner Sales, and Customer Success. • Develop and communicate compensation frameworks and scenarios; forecast payouts and ROI.
• Architect metrics aligning seller incentives with developer platform and AI product strategy.
• Create a 3-year roadmap for the Sales Compensation Design function.
