Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Sales Compensation Design in a tech company or as a consultant.
• Fluency with AI tools and AI-augmented workflows; comfortable building AI-powered applications.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to architect new metrics for emerging business models (consumption, AI monetization).
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills; proven experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Proven experience leading Executive Steering Committee meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Compensation Design Process with the Executive Steering Committee (CRO, CFO, CPO).
• Drive C-level discussions on compensation philosophy and pay-for-performance outcomes; develop recommendation decks.
• Architect new metrics aligning incentives with the developer platform and AI product strategy.
• Create a 3-year roadmap for the Sales Compensation Design function.
