Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Operations, Consulting, Investment Banking or Strategic Finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree; Data Science master's or MBA a plus.
• Strategic thinker with business acumen: translate data into actionable insights.
• Clear, concise communicator; translate complex data into actionable information.
• Strong modeling foundation; build auditable business models.
• Versatility: self-starter in fast-growth enviro; SQL or AI coding proficiency.
• Advanced/working proficiency with English mandatory both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex problems: identify root causes and translate data into insights.
• Lead projects through full cycle: scoping, design, execution, QA and enablement.
• Leverage AI technologies to illustrate potential improvements.
• Synthesize findings to align stakeholders and support decisions.
• Assess financial impact and forecast new metrics as needed.
• Collaborate with Data Engineer and Data Science teams to track KPIs and streamline reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to Finance & Executive Leadership.
