You will lead a mixed‑skill engineering group and tackle challenging system problems while delivering scalable data services across the stack.

You will guide hiring, foster collaboration with platform, product, and infra teams, and shape data access and storage guidelines while ensuring compliance and high availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing or leading data service infra teams.
• Hands‑on background with cloud native architectures and separating compute from storage.
• Excellent communication skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
