Job summary

Proofpoint in Topeka, KS seeks a Professional Services Consultant to oversee implementations and consultative engagements for Proofpoint Data Security products including Endpoint DLP, ITM SaaS, Email DLP, CASB, DSPM and ITD. You will develop new services, implement best practices, and assist in customer escalations as needed.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in a customer-facing role and IT consulting, with strong communication and the ability to work with executives to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 4+ years IT consulting or related fields.
• Familiarity with Data Security Insider Threat Management, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, DSPM, and ITD.
• Clear and effective communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to engage with non-technical managers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementations and consultative engagements for Proofpoint Data Security products.
• Develop new services and implement best practices; assist in escalations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, Engineering and Product teams to ensure customer success.
• Scope engagements by assessing client operations and requirements; provide design solutions.
• Present updates to management on risks, challenges and proposed solutions.
