Mindlance is seeking a Full Life-Cycle Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for data science, quantitative, and data analyst roles from our Richmond, VA office. This hybrid role requires three days in the office per week and a focus on diverse, top-tier talent.

You will create engaging role descriptions, source and screen candidates, advise hiring managers, and negotiate offers across multiple client teams over a 10+ month engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting/HR/consulting experience.
• Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
• Experience advising hiring managers and negotiating offers.
• Hybrid Richmond, VA role requiring in-office presence.
