Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join a growing team within a Fortune 100 FinTech Corporation in the Richmond area. You will manage candidates through the recruiting process, consult with Talent Acquisition partners, and participate in projects that improve the candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full life cycle recruiting.
• Experience partnering with multiple hiring managers.
• Experience with Workday recruiting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting and deliver hiring outcomes.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand talent needs.
• Develop sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent and manage candidate progress.
• Collaborate across a team of recruiters to promote inclusive culture.
• Use recruiting data to provide status updates to leadership and HR.
