Job summary

DMF Lighting is seeking an innovative and organized Full Cycle Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process. You will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years HR experience with 3+ years full-cycle recruiting, and is adept at sourcing via multiple platforms, including AI-enabled tools. Flexible work arrangements (in-office, hybrid, full- or part-time) may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience, incl. 3 years full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for Engineering, Sales and IT roles.
• Proficient with ATS and multiple sourcing platforms.
• Familiar with AI-enabled sourcing techniques is a plus.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from intake to onboarding and post-hire touchpoints.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
• Develop short- and long-term recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create clear job descriptions and effective sourcing strategies.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, referrals.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, travel for out-of-area candidates, and onboarding.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and cost per hire; improve processes with data.
