Job summary

Mindlance is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for highly skilled technology positions. You will partner with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders to understand talent needs and deliver top candidates.

Responsibilities include creating compelling role descriptions, sourcing diverse pipelines, screening, negotiating offers, and driving inclusion across a high-performing team of recruiters. 3+ years of recruiting or related HR experience is preferred.
