Aon plc is seeking a Data Science Lead to drive advanced analytics and AI across North America D&A. You will architect scalable data pipelines, build reusable analytics assets, and empower consultants with robust frameworks for high-value insights across Risk Consulting.

You will mentor analysts, promote best practices, and continuously adopt new tools to improve performance and impact. This role emphasizes data quality, governance, and automated processes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 5–7 years of data analytics, BI, or data science experience.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, statistics, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, and Alteryx.
• Experience designing client dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Advanced Analytics & AI development across Risk Consulting engagements.
• Build scalable data pipelines, feature stores, and reporting frameworks.
• Create reusable analytics assets for multiple client engagements.
• Profile, cleanse, and integrate disparate data sources; govern data quality.
• Evaluate new analytics tools to enhance team capabilities.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in modeling and deployment.
