Job summary

Aon plc in the United States is seeking a Director, AI Transformation to lead advisory engagements that design, sell, and deliver AI-driven workforce transformation programs. You will guide client workshops, apply AI sensitivity analysis, and leverage GenAI delivery tools to improve quality, speed, and scale across North America.

This remote-first role requires 5–8+ years in consulting or HR tech, strong finance acumen, and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into strategic business

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in consulting, people analytics, HR tech, or related fields.
• Experience applying AI/ML or advanced analytics to workforce or HR use cases.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and sell advisory projects for AI-driven transformations.
• Lead client engagements and translate findings into actionable roadmaps.
• Speak about AI and transformation and facilitate workshops.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Talent Solutions to deliver cohesive offerings.
• Develop points-of-view and client-ready content on AI’s impact on talent and rewards.
