Aon is seeking a Data Science Lead to drive advanced analytics and AI capabilities in North America. You will design, operationalize, and scale analytics solutions powering Risk Consulting engagements with robust data pipelines and reusable assets.

The role emphasizes automation, governance, and mentorship, working across data teams and consultants to raise quality, speed, and consistency of analytics.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytics capabilities with ability to interpret complex datasets and develop ML/AI solutions.
• Data profiling, cleansing, and transformation with data quality automation.
• Strong proficiency in relational databases, cloud data environments, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics using SQL, Python, R, and Alteryx.

Responsabilités

• Lead Advanced Analytics & AI development across Risk Consulting engagements.
• Operationalize scalable data pipelines, feature stores, and reporting frameworks (SQL, Python, Alteryx, Databricks, Power BI/Tableau).
• Develop reusable analytics assets and templates for multiple client engagements.
• Drive data quality, governance, and automation and promote best practices.
• Evaluate new analytics tools to boost team capabilities and efficiency.
• Mentor junior analysts and shape model development, documentation, testing, and deployment standards.
