Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Client Account Manager for our Phoenix office to lead client partnerships, grow accounts, and win new business in data and analytics. This role focuses on client-facing growth rather than candidate sourcing, coordinating with our delivery team to ensure client needs are met.

You’ll build new relationships, pitch services, onboard clients, and expand existing accounts, driving revenue and long-term partnerships in a commercial, sales-focused capacity.

Qualifications

• Experienced recruiter or sales professional with a strong client-facing track record.
• Proven ability to win new business and drive growth in a competitive market.
• Relationship-builder who can think commercially and act strategically.
• Excellent communicator, confident negotiator, and results-driven operator.
• Experience in the data/analytics or wider tech space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Driving business development: identifying, pitching, and onboarding new clients.
• Building and managing ongoing client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Negotiating terms and driving cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Creating and executing strategic account plans to maximise revenue.
• Becoming a key part of our Phoenix office growth journey.
