Harnham in Phoenix seeks a commercially minded Business Development professional to identify new client opportunities in the Data & AI market. You will drive outreach, build relationships with decision-makers, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing new business.

This purely client-facing role focuses on new business growth, not candidate sourcing, with hybrid working (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) and uncapped commission. Bring energy, resilience, and a passion for sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, SDR/BDR or other outbound sales environments.
• Proactive prospecting with a track record of winning new business.
• Confident communicator able to build relationships with new clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities in the Data & AI market.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and understand hiring challenges.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from outreach to closing new business.
• Partner with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements and grow revenue.
• Develop existing client relationships and uncover expansion opportunities.
• Build knowledge of the Data & AI landscape to become a trusted partner.
