Job summary

enGen is seeking a Data Protection Engineer to join the team. You will implement and maintain the data protection infrastructure, including DLP, DSPM, and data de-identification solutions across on‑prem and cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).

You will tune policies, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to project documentation and security posture improvements. The role requires hands-on experience with DLP tools, scripting skills (PowerShell, Python), and collaboration with senior engineers

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with Data Loss Prevention
• 5 years of experience with Information Security and Systems Analysis
• 5 years of experience with deploying and maintaining infrastructure for DLP software
• 5 years of experience with creating and managing DLP policies

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain data protection infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments
• Configure DLP and DSPM policies, sensitive data types, and detection tuning
• Troubleshoot data protection incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) to support deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate with team to expand data protection capabilities and stay compliant
