Job summary

enGen is seeking a Data Protection Engineer to implement and maintain data protection infrastructure across on-prem and cloud platforms, focusing on DLP and DSPM. You will work with Microsoft Purview, ForcePoint, BigID, Varonis and other tools, and develop automation with PowerShell and Python to support deployment and maintenance of data protection software.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain components of the organization's data protection infrastructure across platforms and vendors; deploy DLP, DSPM, and data de-identification solutions.
Collaborate on design and implementation of data protection solutions for on-prem and cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Configure and maintain data protection policies across platforms; manage sensitive information types and detection parameters.
Troubleshoot and resolve data protection incidents; perform root cause analysis and remediation.
