Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in Monroe, WI seeks a Data Processing Supervisor to oversee daily operations of returned mail and survey data, lead a team, ensure data quality and security, and meet SLAs.

The role partners with sales and clients to scope new opportunities, build pricing models, and contribute to business growth, while managing workflows and ensuring accuracy of electronic data files (CSV, delimited).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in data processing, document management, or production.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Knowledge of security and compliance for sensitive data.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with production workflow or data management systems.
• Familiarity with lean process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with high-volume mail sorting and scanning technology.
• Understanding of data conversion techniques and data quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing of returned mail and survey data.
• Validate and prepare survey data for electronic formats (CSV, delimited).
• Ensure physical and data security and privacy.
• Lead QA to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with sales and clients to scope pricing opportunities.
• Prepare pricing proposals and invoicing documentation.
• Monitor team workload and productivity against SLA targets.
