Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in data processing, document management, mailroom operations, or production environment.
• 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Knowledge of security and compliance related to handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing of returned mail and survey results; from receipt to electronic formats.
• Capture, validate, and prepare survey data into final electronic data files (CSV, delimited).
• Ensure physical and data security and data quality for all conversions.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements for efficiency.
