Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in shipping and receiving operations in manufacturing.
• BA or BS degree preferred; experience may substitute for degree.
• In-depth knowledge of direct mail marketing industry and postal regulations.
• Strong skills with Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle mail planning and classification; process mail files and provide USPS documentation.
• Plan, estimate, and schedule mailings; coordinate fulfillment and freight planning.
• Produce customer-specific reports for customers, billing, and service teams.
• Oversee loading and unloading activities; prepare bills of lading and packing lists.
• Ensure compliance with USPS regulations and postal specifications in design and packaging.
