Job summary

South Louisiana Community College is seeking a Data & Performance Manager to oversee the end-to-end enrollment process for adult education students and to ensure data integrity across Salesforce and related systems.

The role requires 2+ years in data management and enrollment operations, with experience in TABE testing coordination and performance metrics. This is a full-time on-site position at Lafayette, LA, with grant-funded support and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Education, Workforce Development, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, enrollment operations, student services, or workforce/continuing education programs.
• Experience working with student information systems or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Demonstrated experience tracking and managing program performance metrics (enrollment, retention, completion).
• Experience coordinating testing, assessments, or compliance-related processes (TABE or similar).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end enrollment process for adult education students.
• Manage student data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce.
• Coordinate TABE pre- and post-testing with proper scheduling and documentation.
• Maintain consistent data entry, tracking, and reporting procedures across programs.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators, including MSGs, transitions, retention, and completion.
• Provide data insights to leadership to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with continuing education teams to identify data opportunities.
• Lead enrollment and retention coordinators and testing staff locations and assignments.
