Job summary

South Louisiana Community College is seeking an Enrollment & Data Analyst to support adult education programs in Lafayette, Louisiana. The role focuses on enrollment oversight, data integrity, and program performance monitoring within grant-funded initiatives.

You will work with the continuing education pathway manager and instructional teams to track metrics such as enrollment, retention, and completion, and you will ensure compliance with state, federal, and grant reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Education, Workforce Development, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, enrollment operations, student services, or workforce/continuing education programs.
• Experience working with student information systems or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
• Demonstrated experience tracking and managing program performance metrics (enrollment, retention, completion, or similar).
• Experience coordinating testing, assessments, or compliance-related processes (e.g., TABE or similar standardized assessments).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Enrollment Process Oversight: Manage end-to-end enrollment to move students from inquiry to enrollment.
• Student Data Management: Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of student data in Salesforce and other applicable systems.
• Testing & Assessment Coordination: Track and manage TABE pre- and post-testing processes, ensuring proper scheduling and documentation.
• Systems & Process Management: Maintain consistent procedures for data entry, tracking, and reporting across programs.
