Job summary

Educational Data Systems, Inc. seeks a Performance Manager to oversee the Data Management Office, monitor program performance, and drive data-driven decisions. You will ensure data accuracy, coordinate with leadership, and coach staff to meet contract deliverables and workforce system goals.

Responsibilities include leading the QA system, ISO audits, and regional meetings, with travel as required. A Bachelor's degree and 4–10 years of leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4–10 years of leadership experience.
• Data analysis experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with workforce development programs is a plus.
• Regional travel is required and a valid driver’s license is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; high proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Data Management Office, track metrics and ensure staff accountability.
• Assign work to DMO staff in conjunction with the Performance Specialist.
• Evaluate and standardize office procedures and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure data accuracy in required systems and retrieve critical reports.
• Present data with graphs and tables to leadership.
• Attend or lead regional meetings and monitor staff production.
• Identify center improvements and assist with staffing logistics.
• Implement and adhere to the Quality Assurance System and ISO processes.
• Provide research and support for critical team decisions.
