Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Manager, Consulting Services – Data Migration to lead a team delivering complex data migration engagements for Federal and Commercial clients. You will guide planning, design, build, validation, cutover and post-go‑live support, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery with high quality.

You will partner with technical, clinical, and customer stakeholders, manage risks, escalations, and dependencies, and travel as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years leading delivery teams, consulting, data migration or related areas.
• 2 years of multi-dimensional issue resolution.
• A BS or BA in related fields.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter capable of independent task handling.
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and redesign processes.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers to meet quality and timeline goals.
• Provide oversight to teams designing and implementing data migration solutions.
• Provide leadership for escalations and delivery risks.
• Oversee data migration activities across projects from planning to post-live support.
• Align engagement leaders, project managers, clients, and internal teams for delivery.
• Liaise with and support collaboration across Oracle Health and Federal Consulting.
• Lead cross-functional program management initiatives across teams.
• Coach and develop team members through performance and development planning.
