Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Manager, Consulting Services - Data Migration to lead a team of Project Managers delivering data migration engagements for Federal and Commercial clients.

You will drive planning, design, build, validation, cutover, and post-go-live support while ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to contractual quality standards. The role requires strategizing, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across Oracle Health teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience leading delivery teams, consulting, data migration, or similar.
• 2 years' experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.
• BS/BA in related field; highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers to manage customer expectations and ensure quality.
• Provide oversight for data migration design and implementation meeting business, technical, and security needs.
• Coach and guide engagement leaders to manage risk, escalations, and dependencies.
• Oversee data migration activities across projects including planning, transformation, validation, cutover and post-live support.
• Coordinate across teams to align delivery planning, staffing, risk management, and outcomes.
