Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Manager, Consulting Services - Data Migration to lead and develop a team of project managers delivering complex data migration engagements for Federal and Commercial clients. You’ll provide strategic direction, governance, and cross-functional coordination across the full migration lifecycle from planning to post-go-live support.

The role requires 5–10 years leading delivery teams, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 5 -10 years leading delivery teams, consulting, data migration, or similar
• 2 years' experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Self-starter capable of handling tasks independently
• Strong presentation skills required
• Must embrace change with a track record of process redesign

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers responsible for delivering on schedule and within budget
• Provide oversight to teams designing data migration solutions meeting business and technical requirements
• Escalate and manage delivery risks and cross-functional dependencies
• Oversee data migration activities across projects including planning, extraction, transformation, validation, cutover, and post-live support
• Coordinate with engagement leaders, clients, technical architects, engineers and Oracle Health teams for delivery planning
• Liaise with teams within Oracle Health and Federal Consulting
• Lead cross-functional program management initiatives
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and development planning
